Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

LandForger (landforger.com) is a web application that generates landing pages for iOS developers using data from Apple App Store Connect. References to “we”, “us”, or “LandForger” in this policy refer to the operator of this service.

2. What data we collect

• Account data — name and email address provided during sign-up, managed by Clerk (our authentication provider).
• App Store Connect credentials — Issuer ID, Key ID, and private key (.p8) you provide to connect your ASC account. These are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never readable by us after storage.
• App metadata — app name, description, screenshots, ratings, and category fetched from Apple via your credentials and used solely to build your landing pages.
• Usage and analytics data — page views and interaction events collected via Google Analytics to help us improve the product. No personally identifiable information is included.
• Payment data — billing and subscription details managed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.

3. How we use your data

• To authenticate you and manage your account.
• To fetch your app data from Apple and generate landing pages on your behalf.
• To process billing and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. receipts) — no marketing emails without your consent.
• To improve the service via aggregated, anonymised analytics.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the sub-processors necessary to operate the service:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of generated landing page content
• Upstash Redis — key-value caching
• Vercel — hosting and CDN
• Google Analytics — anonymised usage analytics

5. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. App Store Connect credentials are deleted immediately when you remove them from your account settings. Generated landing pages are deleted when you delete the corresponding app from your dashboard.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@landforger.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (managed by Clerk) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
